West Side Tire & Service

This is one of thee best customer service places I have ever seen or known.

Rich treats you like family and they really treat you well.

In my experiences, I have never seen such a customer friendly service group in my entire life.

I live out of town and would HIGHLY recommend that anyone locally try out West Side Tire.

Addendum to previous Review. After filing a complaint with the BBB I was first offered 1/2 refund to remove comments then offered Full refund if I removed these comments. The BBB closed the case with no refund.

I took my car there as an emergency. I was loosing air in both rear tires, they claimed to have "repaired" my tires. Both tires begin to loose air almost immediately. I took my car to my regular tire man (Elmo's) The left Rear had to be redone and the Right rear I was told have never been done (They could tell by the build up on the rims they had never been cleaned or resealed. Although West Side said they had an charged me. my husband and I have multiple cars.( several classic) I would not take any of them to West Side again, nor would I recommend anyone to them.. As a woman I know a bit more about cars then they gave me credit for.
