Sold me a bird that was sick and died in 1 week. Owner would not help with new bird. Very upset. 2nd time I bought crap from this store that was sick. Advise to go elsewhere. And I'm letting everyone I know it's a bad idea. Go to petsmart or big chain that will help if there is a problem

People like the girl below who have the go nads to bash a biz online but not one confronting the owner is cowardly and pathetic.. The owner is a reasonable person like most biz owners.

Personally I've never seen what this person its taking about. Great business and I'll always be a customer in one way or another.

In my opinion this store is not only interesting but helpful. Unlike most pet stores they don't try and just sell you anything, they wanna no if the animal your interested in is for you. Bottom line its a great store and any one who has never been its worth your time to go there!!!

This store is a sad sight. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the ammonia and that general animal smell you catch at pet stores, but that wouldn't be so condemning if I didn't look at the pet cages and see feces and old shed skin littering the cage floors. They also litter their reptile (snake and otherwise) cages with shavings fit for hamsters or gerbils. Newspapers honestly work better.



Unfortunately, there's a large yellow Burmese python jammed into a cage that it barely has room to move in (with its water container almost completely dried up). It had about 4 large, dry droppings nestled up against its water tub too.



The worst sight was a turtle in its cage, filled about 2/4 of the way with water and a loose floating platform (flimsy and had suckers to hold it, but alas the suckers were not stuck to the glass). He was settled at the bottom of the tank, submerged under water, with his eyes closed and unmoving for my entire cycle through the store. I tried my best not to cry. Yes folks, I presumed him dead.

Its a good store, locally owned and operated, with good prices. Very helpful staff. Nice to do business with a small business like this.
