Old York Seafood Family Restaurant

We love this place. You really get lots for your money, especially if you're a senior like us. The woman who said the baked potato was the size of an egg, well, that's not true. They use Idaho potatoes and they are not even harvested that small! The salad bar is always fresh, too. And I have had different things and they each taste like they're supposed to.

All the food tasted the same, the perch tasted like the white fish that tasted like the shrimp. No taste at all, as if plain flour and water were used for the batter. The "homemade" baklava was like eating muddy paper with honey poured on it. The salad was warm and wilted. The baked potato was the size of an egg. I will never go back.

Don't let the outside fool you! This is the best seafood and service around. The price is right. Quiet and charming atmosphere. I recommend the Salmon. They now serve beer and wine. Delicious food at a perfect price!

On June 25th 2011 we really enjoyed our visit to York Seafood , all of the food was served hot and there was plenty to eat ,we could not finish all of the food and our waitress did a great job serving us, We were well pleased

I do not know of anywhere you can get better seafood at a fabulous price. They also run daily special that save even more money. You must try the grouper.
