Pro Nails & Cosmetology

I went to get my nails done. I got them done and the guy kept asking me if I wanted acrylics I have to keep telling him all I wanted was gel nails. Once finished and payed for I went to a wrestling match to watch it, while walking in I realized my nails were already chipping after 30 minuets. To remind you I got GEL. Now after 2 days my gel nail polish is about to completely fall off. I had to take my own clear harden nail polish and paint over them so I can keep them on as long as I can and have the gel polish last for how much I payed. I will never be going back there again.

Horrible service. The lady had no clue how to do sculped nails. I made them remove the nails because of how horrible they were. My nail is filed down so thin at the base it's all but bleeding. I told them I'd pay for the removal if need be but not the set. She said they don't charge for removals. When the boy removed them he was very nice and helpful. after they were removed I washed my hands and stood a round for a bit. No one said a thing to me about paying. I wasn't going to pay for the service they messed up on anyhow and they said they don't charge for removals I figured I was good to go then. I went out to my husband who was in his car and the owner followed me once i was alread inside. mind you we had our two small kids in the vehicle. He proceeded to take my husband's license plate and said he was calling the cops. I tried to explain to him what happened as I thought his wife had already. They were speaking while i was getting them removed in their native language. I then went back in to smooth things over. And to talk to his wife who messed up my nails. She got mad and told me just to leave when I said I'm not paying for a service that I didnt leave with because it was so messed up. My hands hurt and are sore from what she did to them. she wasn't skilled in that service so she shouldnt be offering it. If you mess someone's nail bed up to the point its almost bleeding dont expect the person to pay for the full service. aside from that drama. his car had been parked illegally in a firelane for over an hour and a half. My husband told him call the cops but I'm reporting your illegally parked car.

We in the end left after a big scene. I told the owner had I been happy I'd of paid and tipped very well for the service. When she said they don't charge for removals and i said I'm not paying for nails I'm not leaving with meaning the full acrylic set charge. I thought it was said and done. Apparently not.

Wasted 3 hours there for nothing but messed up nail beds from being gouged with a sanding tool from this lady.

They are lucky a bad review is all they get. Very unprofessional
