So, we lost everything in the basement from the flooding in September of 2011. We had many boiler repair/replacement guys over to look over the disaster zone that was our basement/furnace. Matt from Dutch Heating was the only guy who asked us "Why replace a boiler in an area that was prone to repeat flooding in the first place?" He was RIGHT! Before we hired them I had many questions about a new system, and their office staff was patient with me and answered my many changes about what would happen and how things had to be planned out. This was before I even hired them, or paid them a dime.



We hired them, they were less expensive than other companies and did more. They showed up on time, well equipped, were respectful and hard working and cleaned up after themselves every time. The copper piping they installed in our house is a work of art in itself. The system they installed is 98% efficient, super duper quiet and is situated well away from any potential future damage. It is freaking unnatural how warm our 130 year old house is now and how much we are saving in cash by having a modern updated energy star furnace. Don't know why we waited so long to do this.



They were able to modernize our historical house with a minimum of change to it, they were able to successfully address every one of our needs and concerns. Great work! I tried not to hover as they worked, and at the end of the first day it was plain I wasn't going to have to worry about anything. I highly recommend hiring them to advise on any home or business. Its not like you install a furnace every day, and these guys know what they are doing, they are local and they know just how to work on the systems and houses that fill our area, especially older homes that need a new heating system. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone and all. Great, great work.

A tech was sent to my house right away when I didn't have air conditioning. I work 2nd shift and drive and hour to work so I don't have a lot of time in the morning for appointments. They fixed the problem and I was happy. Their prices were reasonable.I would tell anyone to use them.
