I was very impressed with the service tech, Anthony, when he came to our home in March. He is so knowledgeable, professional with a “down to earth” quality that we really liked. He worked really hard to tune up our old system. He explained in detail what he did and what we would need eventually. I decided to go with a new system and he stayed late and had installation scheduled for us the next day. He is truly and asset to Service Champions. The installation techs that showed up the next day were great. What a team they are! They never stopped working and were very professional, and had great attitudes. They know their craft well. Mr. Smith’s basic philosophy is one I have always believed in also, and it works.

I called Service Champions and spoke to Jara about the problem I was having with a “motor” continually running. I explained that I was going out of town and was concerned about leaving until the problem was taken care of. She was very understanding and, to my relief, an appointment was immediately scheduled. Mark was the technician sent to take care of the condensate pump. I was so impressed with Mark that I felt compelled to write this so that he may be recognized. He was very professional, worked diligently, finished the job in a timely manner, and, most importantly, cleaned up after himself. I recognized Mark as the technician on two previous appointments and I was very happy to see that he was still with the company. He was kind enough to inquire about my husband and when I told him that he passed away last year, he was so compassionate; he is truly a caring man. Good, loyal, and caring employees are very rare these days and they are fortunate to have him!

For many years we had very lit...

For many years we had very little air in our second story. I have called other Air Companies and they all recommended a second unit. I have received many Letters from Leland and decided to give Service Champions a shot. The first Tech. was Ric White who was knowledgeable and Professional. He was the only Tech. to check My Ducts. He recommended changing out the Ducts.
The Ducts were changed out by two individuals, sorry I don't have their names. They were very clean and professional.
We now have Air in our second story. Hooray!!!
On 9/26/11 Techs Adam and Cody gave My Unit a Tune Up. They were both Professional, thorough and clean. Adam explained a few things and made some recommendations. 
 I am very happy to be Service Champions Club Member. 
They have outstanding workmanship.

would give zero stars if I could. I gave this company a try because they advertised on FSH95.9. Big mistake. The tech came out and stated that I needed to have my entire duct system replaced due to extensive rat damage, install a power pack on the A/C system because it was pulling too many amps at startup, and replacing the breaker because it was bad. Our entire system was installed 4 years ago including all the ductwork. So, after he left, I got up in the attic to take a look, and found that there was only a small area of damage close to the furnace. A/C has been running perfectly for 5 weeks now ever since breaker was reset. Called next day to complain and cancel monthly agreement I was talked into. The person I spoke to said no problem, but asked if they could have a manager call me back. Spoke to Lisa and she said she would refund my $77 (NEVER DID), and could she send a supervisor to take a look at everything for me. The supervisor confirmed that there is a short section of ductwork coming off the back of the furnace that needs replacement, and a few areas where the mylar wrap has been torn/chewed off the ductwork that can be repaired, also right near the furnace. The 'power pack' suggested is an upgrade, and not a necessity. Other than that, everything was fine and the other tech needs to be educated about giving the customer 'options'. Then a few weeks later, low and behold I get another $11.95 charge on my statement from Service Champions for the service agreement I cancelled. So, I have now paid 2 months charges for a service agreement I cancelled the day after I signed up for it, and the $77 charge for the service call that Lisa promised she would refund was never refunded. I called Lisa about the second $11.95 charge over a week ago, and I still have not received any credit to my account. She made some excuse about a new computer system, apologized and said she would take care of it. I am now calling Chase to dispute the charge and change my credit card account number to prevent future charges. I am sick of dealing with these people. They are crooks and just out to get as much money as possible from you without doing anything for you. DON'T deal with them.
