JUST PASSED MY ROAD TEST!!!!! Alex Driving Academy is the best! Alex is dedicated to sending out into the driving world safe drivers. As a very nervous person behind the wheel, Alex paired me up with an instructor that helped ease my fears of driving. I purchased a driving package which was reasonably priced and continued to pay per lesson after my package was done because I didn t feel ready to take the road test. Alex was always very supportive and understanding. Lastly, I was given the skills that I needed to PASS THE ROAD TEST ON THE FIRST TRY!! If you re looking for a good school with excellent instructors...GO TO ALEX DRIVING ACADEMY!

I had a great experience with Alex, he is the best driving instructor PERIOD. no questions asked, he is always on point with so much things related to the road and will always root you to the day you pass your test. He has looked out for me in good days and bad and i thank him from the bottom of my heart of putting me where i belong "on the road" i am passing him down to my brother and any new driver that needs to get on the road the right way. Alex is here for everyone and he's not going NOWHERE. Thank You Alex. will be keeping in touch for some highway lessons. :-)

Mr Alex and his other instructors are by far one of the best team of instructors around, after a few lessons I passed my road test and now I'm starting a new job as a emt and plan to use Alex techniques to drive the ambulance as safe as possible, took 4 lessons at colwells driving school they're terrible I'd stay away from there and the instructor Alana was very unprofessional not even paying attention during my lessons, Alex corrects all you're mistakes and is patient and attentive , if you want your license you should go here..

I highly recommend Alex for instructing teens. I have never driven before, so I bought 10 hours with him. I passed my test on a first try with only 3 mistakes, and a great part of the merit goes to him. He is dedicated to excellence and very encouraging. He would tell you if you are making a mistake but at the same time tell you not to beat yourself over it, cause you have stay focused on the road and proceed .The greatest part is, immediately after the test I felt really comfortable driving on my own, even on the freeway. There fees was really cheap, I had amazing service. The instructor Alex was very patient and encouraged me even though I made mistakes sometimes. He explains everything clearly and besides discussing points from the driving manual, he also shares real life experiences that can be used in driving. Great service!!!

I liked the personal attention my child received. She drove with just the instructor and not two or three other students in the car. This school was always on time picking my daughter up for the lessons and they were affordable. The driving school was able to help her pass her road test with flying colors. She has been driving a few years without an accident. We are so pleased with what she learned at this school. They are simply the best!

I am so happy I went to this driving school! I had a great driving teacher by the name of Alex. He is a great instructor, and on top of that, he is a great person who connects well with his students. His lessons are very straightforward and on point; nothing gets overlooked. He will hone you till he feels you are ready. His honesty and great personality makes his lessons very engaging and fun plus we had great conversations. As a student, I never felt pressured. Trust me, he is the type of person you will never forget. Me and many members of my family are licensed drivers because of Alex. I recommend him to those looking for a great quality instructions. This is the oldest and most experienced driver training school in Yonkers, NY. They offer a good value for the money. I passed my test here.

My daughter recently obtained her license through Manhattans Driving School. She took driving lessons here for a few weeks. Overall, the classes were very informative and the teachers were extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. For someone who is new at driving and needs a good driving school, I highly recommend using this place because they cater to the driving test requirements and the instructors are well experienced in teaching new drivers. I was very satisfied I sent my daughter here to get her license.

This is the best driving school in Yonkers. A great place, they pointed me in the right direction to obtaining my driver license. My instructor Alex was great and made me feel comfortable, highly recommend him as your driving instructor he'll get you ready for the road test. Now I am taking highway classes with him. Driving on the highway was scary at first but Alex has a way to keep me calm. So I am getting use to it now. Overall I give this school a 10 out of 10.

If you've never driven, this is where to begin! The instructors are passionate about teaching, cool as hell and very helpful. You'll feel comfortable from the start as you learn the general operation of a car and some of the basic maneuvers needed when driving on the road.



They're strict about the rules of the road. The classes go by in a breeze - it's fun! Shout out to Coaches, Kevin, Alex and Karen.

They helped me get my license in about 2 weeks. Excellent instructors, one on one training, learn at your own pace, plenty of practice time in their cars, flexible scheduling, very affordable compared to other schools and they have a high passing rates on the road tests. I was very happy that I got my license at this place.
