RUDE MADE ORDER WRONG TWICE I stopped by subbys picked up carry out for my family got it home and it was made wrong,I had a similar problem about two weeks earlier but did not call as I’m not one to complain. Well this time I decided to call and mention the issue to the store. I explained my current issue and went on to explain this was the second time in as many weeks. The person that answered the phone was very rude, there was no apology and I was asked “Am I looking for something” I replied yes I would like my order made correctly, then asked to speak to a manager, she replied she was a manager, so I asked for a phone number over her, So I called the number and left a message explaining the two messed up orders and the rudeness of the manager. Apparently subbys corporate office does not care about customer service either as I have not even received a call back. So if you want your order made correctly, or just maybe receive good customer service I suggest you go to SUBWAY.
