I called and spoke with a representative named Andrew in regards to purchasing a tire. I verified three times the size of the tire and he told me that it was in stock. I drove from Dallas to Wylie fighting traffic to be there by 5pm because they close at 6pm and he told me I had to make it by 5pm if I wanted a tire mounted. As soon as I got there another representative greeted me and told me they did not carry the size I needed. Being respectful yet furious I asked for Andrew and approached him about his misinformation and he turned and flat out lied and said I never gave him my rim size. Who calls a tire shop just asking for a tire size without a rim size and who at a tire shop doesn't ask what size rim of tire size does the customer need???!!! The owner or manager told me he was sorry for the miscommunication and would get me a tire in two days. I declined due to the fact that we had already started on the wrong foot and I drove all the way fromDallas for something they didn't have. What made it worse is he lied to my face and told me I never gave him the rim size!! I will never step foot nor recommend this business to anyone!!!

Great friendly service, great prices too! Much less expensive repairs and service. Bikes are top notch too! They treat you like a person and really know there stuff! William the owner is a great guy to work with
