Bouncing Off The Walls

Not a good establishment for children at all. The building had no heat. Ownership did not call us prior to the party to inform us of that. However, said we could cancel when we came in. Would not work with us at all for any compensation. Reported to the BBB and is now noted.

3/ 3 this winter. EVERY single time I bring my kids here they get sick. My little boy is miserably blowing his nose as I type. I'm a germ phobic and make them sanatize every so often as they're bouncing, as we walk out the door AND wash hands as soon as we get home. It never fails, no amount of washing or sanatizing on the parental end keep them from getting sick when they play here. We won't be back.



Idea- occasionally sanatize this cespool and post a sign for parents to please not bring their sick children. Just those two small and effortless steps will cut down on the amount of viruses in that place tremendously. Seriously, you can post a sign about chewing gum and food but not illnesses!?

Friendly staff, fair prices, not too crowded. The kids love open bounce and the party we had there was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend going here. :)

This place is an awful place to have a birthday party. It is very misleading when there are open bounce times listed on their website and also on their flyers when you come in. When you book a party and it is not during open bounce you would assume that it is only people for the party. Not a bunch of teenage punks that just run right in, don't pay nothing or sign in, no parents around, and they are just trampling all over the little 4 year olds at the birthday party. It seemed as though they were some of the employees friends that took over the place during the birthday party. I would NEVER recommend this place to someone when they are looking to book a party. I have had other friends who did parties at Pump it up and theirs was private and we didnt have to deal with all the little kids getting jumped on by the older kids that were not invited!

My 2 year old son loves going to bounce every week. It is just the best place to take him since the weather turned cold and it is very reasonably priced. The hours should be open more but its great for after work during the week. The weekends hours should be different, but overall its a great place. He always wants to go and talks about it constantly, so we are thinking of having his birthday party there.
