The technicians of beauty take their time, making sure you are heard and made comfortable. Today will be my fifth or sixth visit ... This place was a real treat. once you step inside, the decor is really nice and warm and welcoming. My specialist was Nicole for my facial (it was the European facial ). She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very nice about taking care of me and my skin. She asked a lot of great questions to try to help me with my problem areas and then she gave me a very thorough facial with extractions (which I hate but was very necessary).I am looking forward to seeing the results in the next few days. It was very relaxing and she did a great job. And then I had a massage with sarah  (90-min Massage  ) and she was  fantastic. He asked if the pressure was okay and he worked on my problem areas. he did a great job and I really enjoyed my massage and I was so relaxed afterwards. I love this place and I loved the services. I don't know if I can afford to come here as often as I would like! But I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I am typically not the type of person who writes reviews but I feel I must after recently having the Brazilian Keratin Treatment done!It has changed my life! I have cried over my hair for years, struggling with the dryness and frizziness... not anymore :)! After reading several articles on the treatment I decided to go to Mocine Salon and Day spa for a consultation with Rena and was quickly put at ease with her knowledge and her professionalism. I was impressed with the amount of hair classes she attends and her clear passion for doing hair. My hair has never been so easy to manage, the frizz is completely gone! It is shiny and healthy and I'm just thrilled with the whole experience. I am very lucky to find a very professional beauty salons in Worcester who has fantastic stylist with a real talent like Rena .Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you !
