The carrier I have is awesome, the people behind the counter is great. Problem is there isn't much parking and when you get in the PO there is usually 7-10 people in front of you and only one person behind the counter. The Post Master of this office leaves little to be desired. It seems like he only does just enough to get by. I know someone who knows him and they tell me he comes in late and goes home early. So what is he getting paid for?

They lost my package due to incompetent employees and refuse to accept responsibility for the loss. Don't have your packages delivered by them or you might be SOL when it gets 'stolen'. Terrible customer service to boot.

Really tired of the people here at this post office. The office itself is nice. Which is why it gets two stars. They have a mail machine so you don't have to wait in line and that's all great. My beef with them is that they lose and deliver my mail to the wrong address all the time. I get a lot of amazon and subscription boxes and my mail is constantly being delivered elsewhere. We don't have a regular carrier and our apartment complex isn't on a real road (it's at a cross roads between alley ways) so they can't find us. And then it's like they just deliver it to the neighbor's house, or deliver it to the apartment on NORTH walnut instead of on SOUTH walnut. In the past six months, EIGHT packages have gone missing. It's asinine. There's no excuse for it. When there is a difficult building on a route, that route should have a regular carrier. When I contact them, they "investigate" it which has never once led to any resolution or them even taking responsibility. They have even told me that the company must not have actually sent the package out before. Are you kidding me? Fortunately, most of my subscription companies are awesome and will re-send the item and it (usually) doesn't get lost. This office has awful customer service. If you can go any way except USPS, do it.

Could be worse

As post offices go...( do we think of service when we think of USPS?) this one is not bad....the employees here make this one a cut above the rest. Given that USPS puts ridiculous obstacles in the paths of their employees, these people do try. Long lines and understaffed but probably not their fault. I have seen better morale in other post offices but these employees seem to try to please within federal guidelines.
