If i could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. I have taken several broken necklaces to them over the last couple years and they always fix them at an affordable price. I cannot imagine taking my broken jewelry anywhere else.

My fiancé got my ring here and I love to listen to him tell me the story of how he decided to buy my ring here. The employees of this store were amazing and the quality of the diamond he got me is superb! I went to the store a few weeks after we got engaged and they were all so excited to see us. They cleaned my ring for me and helped me try on bands to match my ring. They are extremely nice and helpful and my fiancé said they were also so patient with him. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a beautiful engagement ring. Also, I saw gorgeous earrings and bracelets that I plan to go back and purchase before the big day.

Came here a week ago to get a price for a ring that the diamond had fallen out to get repaired. He quoted us a decent price but we wanted to shop around since we hadn't done this before. Went to a couple more places and realized we needed to come back here. So a week later we came back and placed the order for the ring to get repaired. While we were there we purchased an anniversary ring to be added to hers and got a necklace pendant fixed. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend you stop in here if you're in the market for something.

If you want a deal and know you are not getting ripped off, go here. These people have been around in the same store for decades. They are educated, classy, and couldn't be more down to earth. The Jeweler is proud of their work and takes the time to educate you. No fast talking shadyness here. Stop going to Mayors and big box stores. Shake your hand look you in the eye kind of people that you can truly relax and put your trust in. True professionals.

Broke a spring bar on the diver extension of my TAG, brought my watch in hoping I could get it fixed. They seemed very busy but they fixed it right away and I was out in a few minutes. What he was doing to accommodate me, I couldn't be happier they didn't know but I needed to wear my watch this weekend my wife bought it for me for xmas a few years ago and we are baptizing our son on Sunday and I wanted to wear the watch and I was stressing on if I would be able to. I couldn't be happier with my experience if you are in the area and need any watch repairs I highly recommend Gold Rush, I own a few watches and I always worry about who to take them too and now I don't, Gold Rush will be my go to place from now on. Thank you so much for the excellent service. They also went above and beyond by doing work right away.

My favorite sport Movado watch was dead. Thought it was just the battery. Within a few minutes, He had taken a look at it and told that it was not the battery but the insides need to be overhauled and cleaned. He mentioned it will cost me just $75.!...and it was going to take couple days. (Many years ago I had the watch serviced at Tourneau and it cost me way over $180 and it took them a few weeks.)

Exactly one week later, I received a phone call that my watch was ready to be picked up. He polished the face as well as cleaned the black lizard band...now it looks shiny and brand new again.

Definitely will be back!

Hands down the best watch repairman in Woodstock! The Watchmaker he is a gentleman and a master at his craft. The young ladies behind the counter are very hospitable. I know when they working on my watch that it is in good hands. Oh yeah they guarantee batteries for a year at no extra cost. The cost of my battery was only 8 dollar!

I am beyond excited about the custom work done at Gold Rush Jewelers. The ring they designed and created for me was better than I could have imagined! They listened to what I wanted and took my ideas to the next level. I am so impressed with the final product that I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. LOVE this place!

First off, let me just say that the staff here is amazing! What jewelry place do you guys know of that greets you with open arms by first name?? Amazing! But if I had to pick favorites, She was extremely helpful since day numero uno. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to guide us right to the ONE. Everything from the pricing, manufacturing time, and customer service has been a dream. She made everything so easy for him when it came down to making big purchase that it was almost too good to be true! She had made a portfolio dedicated to my preferences, ring size, and styles so that when he went to visit her it was pretty much already good to go! We plan on getting our bands there as well since they offer very competitive pricing and we just love the complimentary cleanings whenever we are in town. Thank you Gold Rush for creating the ring of my dreams!

Lady that works there is bipolar she picks and chooses who she is nice too. She has no idea how to treat customers don’t bother going there just a total rip off.

Very friendly and they know what their talking about. They will not low ball you and I really like it here come check it out they have all kinds of neat stuff !! Oh batteries are very inexpensive to install !!!

Very professional, friendly and provide excellent quality work. I have shopped there many times and always have any jewelry that needs to be sized up or down done there. I can just drop in for batteries and they always do it for me and re-set my watches. love them!
