Not sure if this place is under new management, but I have to say that it is nothing like what I'm reading on here. I shopped 4 other Mitsubishi dealers for my 2015 Outlander Sport as far away as New Jersey and Brooklyn, but I was dealt with fairly and got a great deal from them. They were the only ones that had the car I wanted in stock too. If you're in the market, check them out and you ill be pleasantly surprised!

Do not even think about going to this dealer

This is the worst dealer I have ever seen and I have a lot experience with dealer because I buy a new car every couple of years. I got pull over by police while doing a test drive because the plates were not in the right place. If it was not for my friend being a police officer I would have got a ticket because everything was expired and the car would have been impounded. They agree on a price with me and when I wanted to pay in cash they said that it can not be done I have to finance. The manager made a nasty comment about English being a second language for me. I'm really upset will do everything to worn people about this place. Please do not buy from them go anywhere else.

This dump, also known as a dealership, is plagued with both swindlers and shills who perpetuate the used-car salesman stereotype. The prices listed on the cars are always less than they actually cost. It's a funny thing, suddenly the car you're interested in will go up about three thousand dollars, without any legroom to haggle. But that's not even the worst part! This Mitsubishi dealership has a very clever approach to draining your wallet. What is it, you ask? Majority of their cars have LoJack installed. Seems harmless? Not when you hear about the additional $2500 it costs to activate it, which isn't mentioned until you're getting ready to sign the papers. This is not optional. If you want the car, you're going to have to pay for this junk. Have you noticed how quickly we reached an added 6 grand? This is what you can expect at this pathetic excuse for a dealership. Keep away.

I was car shopping about 2 wee...

I was car shopping about 2 weeks ago. So here I'm thinking, young blond girl, first time car buyer, no idea what to get. I thought it was going to be a horrible experience. I started looking at a Toyota Prius, searched on the Internet, and found about 4 locations I wanted to go to. The first two stops were your typical car salesman garbage. The prices were not as advertised, they tried putting me in a car I didn't want, and to be quite honest, made me feel very uncomfortable. I went home and began to research, and realized EVERYONE on the Internet advertises like this. SO I went back out, and off to Mayors. I must say I was greeted with professionalism and honesty, from my initial contact with Joanny, to my Salesman Edgar, and another gentleman named Sebastian. When I got there, they explained to me how the Internet pricing worked ( I was familiar with this by now, and found their honesty refreshing) and made sure I was still ready to proceed. They showed me the Preuis I saw on the Internet. I told them I was uncertain about what to buy, and was still a little confused. They went to their list, and lined up about 6 cars for me to look at, one of them a Smart car they brought in from another lot. Only problem now was, I had so much to choose from. They let me drive them all, some more then 2 times. I felt bad for the poor guy who took the license plate on and off. By the 6th time, he asked if he could just ride in the back seat, and hold it in the window, we all had a laugh. By this time, I finally set my heart on a Mini Cooper they had. I went and sat down and we worked out all the numbers. I was then greeted by the manager , he said out of all of the cars, I was looking at the most expensive of the group in the Mini Cooper. I had no problems making the payment, but he said " you have driven a lot of cars, why don't you go home, sleep on it, and come back tomorrow and make your decision" (this again I found refreshing as the first place I went to, the guy actually stopped me from walking out the door by standing in front of it not letting me out) It was late in the day, and I was without a doubt "worn out" with my experience. I think they all saw that. He gave me the car fax on all the cars I looked at, and pictures with it. I took his advice and went home. The next day I went back, and still decided on the Mini. They went over everything again, let me drive it again, then went over all my paper work. Edgar was on his day off, so this is where Sebastian came into help. He helped me with all the information I needed and shopped with me to get a good deal on insurance. He went above and beyond what I ever expected. Now I am ready to drive off, and they said we are cleaning the car for you. I found this odd, as it looked like new to begin with. I went to the back, and the guy who was taking the plate on and off for all the road tests said "one last time" as he put my plates on the car, we laughed again and he polished it like new. My father being skepticle decided to take my car to Mini and have them look at it. They said the car passed all their tests, and was in perfect condition. He showed them the price and again was told, they couldn't match or beat the deal I got with Mayors, "not even close" he said. So this is why I decided to write this. I got a great car, at a great price, and with out a doubt customer service well above and beyond my expectations. Thank you all at Mayors. I will recommend all my friends here.
