If you want to have an all body workout, this is the place for you. Each workout is different and it keeps you challenged. I have been working out here for a little over and month and I feel stronger, I am not as stressed, and I can not wait to go workout. ILKB Woodridge offers a clean environment, great instructors, and challenging workouts which are different everyday. I love going to ILKB after a long day at work. It is a great stress reliever. I highly recommend them for your physical fitness needs.

I was worried going into this, and I thought that I wouldn't be able to do this class. However even though it kicks your butt (especially the first 15 mins) I leave class feeling amazing. I would highly recommend kickboxing if you are looking for a fun and new way to get in shape. You will not regret it. The instructors are full of energy and there to help and push you every step of the way!
