True Life Medicine

Great in the office we really like doctor James. however they Fall on their face after. Several times they have told us that they would send a prescription and when we try to pick it up hours later they still haven't sent it!

Just today I have a sick 11 month old he's been sick for a week and already been in to see doctor James. my wife calls at 0830 to see if we need to bring him back because he still has a temp and can't breathe with congestion.

The answer no we'll call in a prescription for him. Three hours later I go to pick it up and it's still not in. I call true life and they tell me it may take up to 48 hours!!!

because they are busy with other patients. Maybe they should take care of the ones they have, JERKS! A

Not happy with True life. For the amount we pay monthly we basically get no care. I have called many times with concerns, only to be ignored or questioned as if I was lying. To this day the Dr has never even examined me. He only takes you in a room and talks for two hours with out letting you speak. Honesty I wondered if he was on drugs the way he talked. Then after two straight hours of him talking oh and also drawing pictures while he talks, he expects you to remember what he said? I feel that the only reason my health problems are better is because on Modern medicine. There have been several times where I called for help with medical issues and I was told to go to vitamin cottage..... I second the 1st review. JERKS. Also yuppie snobs.
