BJ's Restaurants

I am sure this location used to be a home style Mexican restaurant in a previous life. Simple American food, service was mediocre.

A brewery, bar, restaurant that is usually busy but good for both a beer with friends or lunch with the family. Large menu with good items.

Our food was pretty good and came reasonably fast until we got the check and wanted to pay... we waited about 20 minutes before our waiter came back. He apologized for the long wait as he was busy attending a large table because they were shorthanded.

I called ahead 30 minutes before arriving for a party of 10. We still waited for 2 1/2 hours! No apology for the delay. I've been to many BJ's (Century City, Pasadena, Culver City) and can't believe I had this horrible experience here! I've never waited like this! the food was good, server was ok. But, can't get over how long we waited! Then not even an apology! Believe me, MANY large groups were being accommedated except us!!!!!

They have definitely lost my business!

I went Bjs restaurant in woodland hills , last week and it was my first time there. I have to say that i didnt like it at all . Even though it called a "favorite" place. All our forks were not washed normally, u could see the dirt, and whats funny, that costomers dont even pay attention to that, they just eat . And the cloth napkins were black , which is totaly wrong, cuase u are not sure if it has been washed after each use or not, beacause of its black the dirt is not noticable. Next time u go , please pay attention to your forks , knifes, plates and cloth napkins. These are very important things to be Clean. And have to add also that ordered a pazooki , there is nothing special with it . Will never go back
