Mariscos El Pantano

El pantano tiene los mejores cocteles ! Y comida deliciosa! Ah mejorado demasiado y se ah convertido en uno de mis lugares favoritos! 100% recomendado! Tiene el mejor ambiente para ir a pasarla bien con familia y amigos! Las noches de karaoke se ponen muy bien! Se los recomiendo! Ademas no solo tienen mariscos, también tienen platillos diferentes(: no se arrepentirán si llegan a ir!

Horrible service now!

It use to be one of my favorite places to go to on fridays! And now it's just horrible! I don't recommend noone going there at all! All the new waitresses are horrible! They're mentally and physically slow. They take forever to take the orders and also to bring the drinks to the table! When i was there I had to get up and ask for ships and salsa! The waitress don't have manners, or a good attitude at all! They're not friendly, They make clients feel uncomfortable! I just hate it now! And that really sucks! because it use to be one of my favorite restaurants here in woodland specially because of the karaoke they have going on on fridays , but now everything is different than how it use to be! I go there to have a good time with my kids and family but i end up having the worst time ever thanks to the horrible new waitresses !! I seriously just miss the other waitresses that use to work there! I dont remember their names! But i like how they were to everyone! Those two short girls who had blond hair and looked alike and also the other girl who was really friendly, respectfull and had good manners, she had black hair and she was thick, I believe her name was luzezita if I'm not worng. For me she was the best waitress that restaurant has ever had! She always had a smile on her face and made everyone feel so comfortable with her good service! I would always see her going to every table asking if they needed anything! Now the new waitress dont even take a minute to ask if we need something! I seriously recommend getting the old waitress back or getting new ones because the ones working there seem too young and they're too slow! I really don't understand why the owners are letting this happen! They should do something about it! They should sit and see how their new waitress work! Because they suck!

Other than that the food was okay. It use to be better when i first tried it.

Horrible service, bad food, uncomfortable environment... Too hot and too loud. You will have to ask for chips and salsa and even silver wear... And even after asking for silver ware after our food came she brought 2 sets for a party of 5 so I had to go up and get silverware for the rest of us so we could eat the food that had already taken forever. Worst waitress ever. Mentally and physically slow. No knowledge of the menu. I Ordered a jugo mixto and I got a yellow juice 20 minutes later after everyone else had there drinks. When I complained she tried to tell me that it did have beets and carrots. If it had beets it would be bright red! I sent it back and cancelled the order. The worst part is that they did not even acknowledge that the order was wrong. They should have brought the correct juice at no charge. Peoples drinks came at different times. My sons milkshake sat at the bar for 10 minutes before I just went and got it myself and it was all melted because it is like 90 degrees in that restaurant. No air conditioner or even fans. Very uncomfortable. Also the "chocolate milk shake" was just nesquik chocolate milk. Not a "shake" at all. The food came 30 minutes after ordering and all at different times. After 3 out of 5 people had their food, the waitress tells my husband that they don't have what he ordered!!! OMG!!!! Really? Too late to order anything else, so I shared my gross rice beans and meat burrito with him. Burrito has no cheese, no cream, no salsa, and no guacamole or avocado. My sons quesadilla said it came with a salad, but I had to ask for the salad. The rice was mushy, soggy, and sticky. We got one free margarita. They never made up for the juice, which is what I wanted, not a margarita, they didn't even give my husband a plate of rice and beans for not telling him what he ordered was not available until everyone had their food. BEYOND Bad service! Do not go there. If you are in the area you are better off going to the jack in the box next door, or just drive elsewhere but don't go there! We asked the waitress what pantano means and she said it was like a banana... Turns out it's a swamp or marsh. Just very slow, and exasperating person to deal with!!! Also all this was during a very slow day, only like 4 small groups there! Yeah, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SWAMP!

This place is so disgusting the worse service ever the food is bad i end up taking my family to a fast food restaurant because we can even eat the food we order here

Service was bad almost 20 to get attended by the ladies and then 30 to get my food serve food was ok but service needs to improve more

Service was terrible, it took about 10 minutes to get the menu, another 5 minutes to take us the order, it took about 20 minutes from one plate to another to get on our table. Shrimp Cocktail was ok, shrimp empanadas were nasty. After we order the drinks took about 30 minutes and we had to ask for them again to get them. And when we were paying they try to charge us for food we didn't even order. They try to charge us about $20 more than our actual check. The worst restaurant we have gone to in all Woodland.
