I had a party for my daughter here and nothing but issues from the get go. The food is definately not consistant, many of my guests complained of stomach aches via text to me after the party :( My family and myself couldnt explain the stomach issues either. So we came to the conclusion it was Biggies salad bar and pizza. The customer service wouldnt even get a star! The managers wife accused not one but two of my party guests of sharing the salad bar. (which nobody was) She made is the biggest issue since the fiscal cliff. Do not spend your money here! Rico's has better pizza and they have better staff and management. BTW i wouldnt have even given them 1 star but i didnt have an option!

I will NEVER go back to this establishment again! I used to frequent this pizza place for the lunch buffet and I have been to a few birthday parties here. I attended another birthday party here on Saturday, January 5th. My 2 year old son and I were the 1st ones to get there. We were already hungry and I purchased an all you can eat salad bar for $6.99. I made my 1st plate and shared a few bites with my son, who again is 2 years old. My son wanted to play video games and they were ALL turned off and the playroom was dark. I asked someone behind the counter if they could please turn on the video games and I was told that they will turn them on in a minute and we should wait for them to warm up. Other people started to arrive to the party. I went to the counter and asked a lady for a clean plate so I can get seconds on the salad bar. I was trying to hand over my dirty plate and I was treated poorly. As if I were doing something wrong. I felt the need to explain myself. I apologized to her if she had to take care of my dirty plate and give me a clean one. Isn't that what you are supposed to do? I sat down and picked at the 2nd salad and gave my son a few bites. We ate pizza and played some video games. The majority of the games were still turned off and the few that were on cost 75 cents to play. The air hockey table was not working properly. There was a HUGE pile of exposed electrical cords on the floor near the air hockey table which are a known hazard on so many levels. I went and asked a lady for another clean plate and I was asked in a very rude way "are you sharing food over there?" I abruptly told her "no!" She said "are you sure? I think you are sharing food!" I was floored at being accused of sharing food with other people and when I told her that I was not she said that I was lying! I told her that my 2 year old son had a few bites and she proceeded to say that she knows I am sharing food with other adults in the party room! "NO, I am not!" She was very argumentative and rude. She said "well, there are a bunch of people coming up to the salad bar from that room." "Not with my plate!" I told her that I saw at least 5 people in there purchase a salad bar. She insisted that I was sharing my plate and my food with other people. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "I am the manager" Wow, you are the manager and that's how you are treating your customers. Accusing them of stealing and lying? She just grinned at me. "Are you serious right now?" I asked. Then I asked to speak to the owner and the manager said "He is not here, I am the owners wife." Then another girl jumped in and said "I am the owner's daughter what are you going to do now?" I still wanted to speak to the owner, I bet he would be very disappointed to hear this is how his wife and daughter are handling his business when he is away. They said they can't give his phone number out. The "manager" proceeded to tell me that this is their family owner business and they rely on the salad bar to make money. "Then why would you treat the people coming and spending money on it so terribly?" I told her that I will NEVER be back here for lunch and I certainly won't be booking a party here and she shrugged her shoulders.

Mediocre pizza, crummy salad bar and a disgraceful way to treat people....

By the way, in order to submit this review I had to give them at least one star and I am going to say that they didn't deserve 1 10th of a star.

FROZEN CRUST!!!!!

Give me a break! This place was good when it first opened...everything was fresh. Upon my most recent visit, I could NOT BELIEVE how terrible the pizza was! The crust was obviously a frozen product and tasted like it! The word cardboard comes to mind... We got the "Supreme" (everything) pizza and there were hardly any toppings on it at all. The toppings that were on it were all placed in the middle leaving a half empty pizza! The only positives were the cheese garlic bread...it was pretty good, and the salad bar was decent. If you are looking for good pizza DO NOT COME HERE! Get yourself a $2.99 frozen tombstone pizza and it will be better than this! If you are looking for good pizza in Woodland I would recommend DK's place. Their pizza has always been good and fresh with LOTS of toppings, and the price is very similar if not less than "Biggies"! We definitely will NOT be returning to Biggies.

Kid-friendly - Great for parties! Pizza's better than Rico's (& they have party-size, too).
