Bel Air

Great selection in their deli and fast, friendly service. The store was clean and I was able to find everything I needed.

I have been shopping at Bel Air in Woodland since it opened. It''s on my way home from work.



The last 3 times I have felt uneasy --- what will happen when I get to the register? No one wants to bag my groceries. I'm not sure why? In fact I asked the cashier, "Is it you or me?" when one bagger obviously passed by more then once. It was so obvious. The cashier said, "We have some baggers that are that way."



The next time 3 baggers were chattilng while the cashier was trying to do it all. She seemed frustrated, and even said, "Why don't you bag?" under her breath.



As a result, I went to Nugget to get my Thanksgiving groceries. They were very friendly, and I even had 2 baggers happlily bagging my groceries - then fighting over who would take them to my car.



Please remind your baggers to make the customer feel wanted, and not that we're bothering them, and they'd just as soon we'd leave.
