I really think that you should blame your "new" xbox having problems on the company that made it which was microsoft, or even take it up with gamestop headquarters, i'm pretty sure that the employee that sold it had absolutely nothing to do with your "new" xbox being faulty. I worked in retail for a while and it was people like that, blaming me for things gone wrong, that led me away from it. A sales associate does nothing but ring up people and HELP people, not screw them over. That gamestop has never done anything wrong in my eyes, and I have never been ripped off, when they scan something to trade it in, they don't just give you a price, that price comes from headquarters, they can't make it up. Just a word of advice, don't blame a poor sales associate for problems you have had there in the past. GameStop is a corporation, it is not owned by one person trying to screw you over.

I do not know what you are talking about, how could your experience at the Woodhaven Gamestop be that bad? You cannot blame gamestop, let alone SCOTT for your xbox problems. Why would he go through all that trouble just to give you a crappy XBOX and make your life seeminly miserable? If this is the truth; that you opened a brand new xbox and found it was in bad condition, I would take it up with Microsoft, the makers and packagers of the xbox 360. Gamestop and its nice employees only sell the xbox.

I have been going to this gamestop since it opened a few years ago and the staff has always been very nice, especially SCOTT. I have been his customer always, he is honest and helpful. I would recommend this gamestop to anyone who enjoys video games.

Do not ever go to this gamestop they are complete scam artists!!! After returning an xbox 360 to them the day i bought it because of a strange noise that came from my "brand new xbox 360" i received another from the same store only to open the box and discover this was a already used xbox!!!! When i went to return this xbox 360 the next day I was told to leave and come back with the xbox that came in the box!!!???? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME THIS IS THE XBOX 360 THAT CAME IN THE BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars only to be scammed. I am still yet to get a response from the gamestop rep for this store he seems to be ignoring my phone calls. Also the guy I bought this from is a employee named SCOTT if you go there do not take anything from him because he has more than likely already opened your purchase and replaced it with a broken down piece of crap that looks like it is over 2 years old!!
