Comcast Cablevision of Gloucester County Inc

Worst customer service ever. Can never talk to anyone in charge. Having problems over a month. No one can do their job correctly. 4 Service visits, 1 visit to Woodbury office and the clerk didn't log in the correct info for our on demand box so we couldn't activate it. Then was told we would be charged if a technician came out, they are the ones who gave us a bad box in the first place. They are so bad I am switching to another cable carrier.

Went in and exchanged three cable boxes with three remotes for HD cable boxes. Arrived home to find they had given us three HD boxes but only one remote. They will charge $5.00 to ship or I have to make an additional trip to town to pick them up. Not happy with the service at all.
