K'bella Salon

I have gone to K'bella's for a couple years, getting perms and or hair cuts. I have also taken a neighbor to them and sent my niece to them for a color. I have always gotten great service. I always go to Kala who is also the owner.

My mom and I went to get a pedicure and went to K'Bella. We both had Kate - and she was AWESOME! She was funny, friendly, nice, and so pleasant. We will definitely be going back. And the prices were great as well! Since we were first timers, we got an awesome discount!

First of all if they are to busy why keep going there and why don't you go to a different hair salon, meaning you like their service,

My husband and son get their haircuts here. They do a great job at a great price. I see the two people here left their reviews on the exact same day. Sounds like one employee with a bad attitude, and that's unfortunate. Should not reflect on the whole establishment, as we have not had anything but positive experiences @ K'Bella.

If you have to get a haircut don't go here I've gone in twice both times they say they're too busy the third time I called and try to you set up an appointment I was told we're too busy just me and my sister I asked him why don't they hire more people the lady was so rude and told me you can take your business elsewhere I don't have time for you everytime I go in there they tell you where booked sorry and that's all they tell you you have to don't go here pls don't waste your time

I finally decided to get my hair done..to make a new change in my life. I was excites, decided to try this salon. As soon as I walked in, I stood there for 5 mins awkwardly as I was not greeted. After 5 or so minutes, I was approached, I wanted to ask about how the prices worked, and told her what I wanted. She quickly/rudely said she was to busy to figure out what I wanted and scheduked me an appointment at a time convenient to them not for me. I already told her what I wanted but she acted like what I wanted was not good enough. I will never go back there, I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I would have been a customer for life!
