Sonic Soft Car Wash

I went to this car wash on February 3, 2011. I have been to this car wash many times in the past 7-8 years.



THIS time once I left, my XM radio didn't work. I returned to ask about it but no one seemed to be able to speak English then. I called XM radio and every single day since then they have been sending my radio signals and I have been emailing and calling trying to get help from XM radio.



Finally today I went to Best Buy and asked them to see if they can tell me what is wrong. They showed me where the antenna was intentionally cut. Evidently they messed it up in the car wash and then instead of telling me they decided to just cut the wires so I wouldn't see it, which I didn't.



It cost me $84 to have a new antenna put in and I paid for NINE days of XM radio when I couldn't even listen to it.



DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH.

CHUCK SOLD OUT 2009. New owner Louis Kims directed his Manager not to repair Damage on my denalii SUV. There system tore off part of me luggage rack. Initially the Manager directed me to have my Body shop attempt to glue it in place, rather than pay hundreds for proper replacement. It went throught their wash on August 12, 2010 the second time and it was torn off. The Manager gave me a Insurance Claim form since now it was over the $150.00. The insurance company in the heading of the form didn't exist, and I went back, I provided estimates of a very reputable Body Shop, and they refused to pay as agreed. I didn't even give them a bill for the glueing. I have been a good customer there for 4 years. Mr. Kims ownership really has changed the ethics.

This car wash is the best I have found I love the fact that it is family owned and run.
