Had an unexpected flat- they were able to squeeze me in and get all my tires replaced in under three hours even though they were scheduled to close without looking at my car. Great service!

I went for an alignment which I called ahead for asking the price. They said a one time alignment was 89.99. Seemed like a standard price so I went ahead and drove over there. When I arrived they told me they don't do one time alignments and I would have to get a one year package for 129.99. Since I was already there I ended up leaving my car there at 5pm on sunday.They said they would call me when it was done, and that it would be done that day. 7pm rolls around and still no call, so I called them. Well apparently they close at 7 so angrily someone tells me my car is done and I have to be there in 15 min or theyre leaving for the night making my car be stuck there till the morning. Luckily I was at my friends house just around the corner. When I got there instead of having an alignment done they told me I had a bent control arm and pretty much told me theyre closed and to leave. Not leaving me with the paper that says which control arm was bent, which concerns me if they even looked at my car at all. If they did look at it why didn't they call me, and then on top of that they had to make me rush against time to get there is not acceptable. How a place like this manages to continue to get repeat business while they treat customers the way they do is beyond me. Good thing they didn't charge me a dime or I would have been taking this to court.
Honestly I would recommend a boycott on a place like this. Its absolutely crazy if they think they can get away with treating people the way they do.
