All In One Moving and Storage

This Company is the worst company to deal with. BEWARE!!!!. They have drunks and they ruin your belongings. My aunt used them for her military move and everything was either ruined or broken. Please go somewhere else.

This company was hired for us via the military. I cannot express my disappointment with their "so called service"!!! First of all we were only shipping about 30% of our overall household goods since we are heading to Japan. It took 3 people 14 hours and 2 days to complete the task. They obviously do not staff properly!! They did not crate our goods here at the house as outlined in the agreement for the military contracts. They lied about it while my husband was on the same line listening. They ran our neighbors mailbox over and promised to come back the same day to fix it and here it is over a week later and someone finally showed up. I cannot say that the people that packed our stuff were incompetent however we have yet to receive it because after a week it's still sitting at their warehouse in Woodbridge, VA. Why is it still sitting there after a week. It should be on it's way already. My husband has had to take time off of work to investigate this. HIGHLY UPSET!!!

Worst moving company EVER!!!! We did not hire them, the military assigned them to us. What should have been a day of packing & less then a day of loading (like it has been with many other moves we have had ) it took them 5 days and one of those days they didn't even show up. Some of their people couldn't even get on the base; they would show up at 11 and leave by 3. It took our stuff forever to get to our destination and lets not forget the $5,000 worth of damage to our things. TV's & Computer where wrapped up in paper and stuck in-between heavy items on a joke of a truck; brand new washer has been dropped & is damaged and I could go on and on... do NOT use these people. I wouldn't even give them a star but have to in order to place this review.

There's no rating low enough to explain how horrible and unsatisfactory their service is. I'm not trying to play the race card, but being an African American it is difficult to support black owned business or business that are ran by majority black people. All In One Moving and Storage has ruined my opinion and patience with black business. Thank you for helping me see the light. All In One Moving and Storage is very unprofessional and undeserving of even being considered a business. I had to rate it in order to post this. Too bad I couldn't at least give it a half star instead of a whole one!!!!!!! Don't bother wasting your time and money. Don't even bother about calling this company at all.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY..... UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE and WAYYYY OVER PRICED. This is THE Worst moving company that I have ever encountered. They quoted a one day move to pack, deliver, and set up a 3bed/2bath apt. It took the movers 3 hours to drive 35miles. All together it was 2 days of moving and 24hrs of labor. which says they are not efficient. If you are moving I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT go with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable.!!!
