Tide Cleaners

I'd been going to Tide Cleaners for a number of years and had been pleased. However, lately

their customer service, though never stellar,

and finished products have deteriorated

abominably. Tide Cleaners is owned or managed by a Korean couple who speak

passable English. They are often quite rude.

I'd dealt mostly with the wife, and over time because I'd treated her with respect, she has become a little less rude. However, the husband is another

story altogether. I'd brought in three pairs

of slacks one day and asked that they not be

folded and placed on their own hangers.

They were not folded, but when I asked

the husband where the hangers were, his response was "Ask her" (meaning his wife).

"She comes in at 11 o'clock." Two weeks ago

I brought in 3 pairs of slacks and a jacket.

I asked that the slacks not be folded. When

I returned in a week, the slacks had been folded .I returned again,

and the owner couldn't find my clothes.

He said " Leave now. I'm busy." I refused.

Found folded.
