We've bought 2 trailers from these guys and have had nothing but great experiences. Their prices were far cheaper than any other dealerships in our area, and the service department was knowledgeable and efficient with the few problems we've incurred over the past years. Don't look any further for your next purchase or service, I've personally recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to use them for any of my RV needs in the future.

Plain and simple, stay away from this place. They are very accommodating if you wish to bring your trailer in for service, but that is where their accommodating attitude ends. Once you drop off your trailer, they could care less about you or your vehicle. They do not return calls when you inquire about the status of the repair, and when they do answer the phone, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Promises to return your call go unanswered for days, and when you are able to talk to them, the lady is rude, and Jim in the service department could care less. I work in customer service, and if I did business the way these people do business, I would be OUT OF BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Very informative and great experience. Their staff was great and good selection of new and used campers. I love our camper and couldn't ask for better customer service.

I went to Top of the Hill RV in July 2014 to have the wiring for a 7 point connector done. I provided a wiring diagram detailing what was to be done. I picked up my vehicle and expected the the work to be done fully and properly. When I picked up my new trailer and they performed the wiring test they informed me the charge wire was not installed. The charge wire was clearly shown on the wiring diagram. Contacted Top of the Hill and all I got was the run around, very poor customer service in my opinion.

Great customer service -very accommodating and helpful! I would not go anyplace else to purchase or get service on my rv.
