Nagler Group

I was contacted by the Nagler Group because they found my resume online and said that they had a great job in mind for me. Their first impression was a horrible one because they didn't even get my name right. And I don't mean they just mispronounced it, I mean they called me by a completely different name.



I agreed to go to their Woburn office for a standard interview. We reviewed my experience, skills, and target salary. When the interview was over, I was told that I would hear from them by the end of the week about the job they mentioned.



I did not hear from them until 3 weeks later. Apparently the job they originally contacted me about fell through and this time they were calling me about an entry-level job that I was extremely overqualified for and paid much lower than the target salary I told them I was seeking. The job was also located far away from my home so I had to respectfully decline.



The next day, I received a letter in the mail from them which, in a nutshell, was blowing me off in a cordial manner. The letter said to contact them once per month if I am still seeking work. The letter also said that I should create a LinkedIn account and add them as a contact. If they had done any research at all, they would have known that I already have a LinkedIn account.



Attempting to work with the Nagler Group turned out to be a complete waste of time. If you are seeking employment and want a dedicated staffing agency that understands your needs, I suggest you look elsewhere.
