        Always there for you

        Bob Clark has been my insurance agent for so long that I honestly can't remember who was before nor do I ever give thought to who could be next. Bob and his staff have my complete trust. The best service providers, ironically, are the ones you don't think about too much, because they never make mistakes and they never forget to alert you to policy issues, prices, and renewal dates.

        When I have had a claim, Bob handled everything. I seldom, if ever spoke to my insurer. I gave all of the information to Bob, and I trusted the outcome would be fair.

        And, at those times when I did need advice, Bob would return my call within hours.

        Bob is a gentleman and a professional and his colleagues make a formidable team.

        Bob Douglas was beyond amazing in putting in the hard work to substantially lower my home insurance after my previous insurance company gave up and said there was nothing they could do. It wasn't easy but Bob kept at it until he got me the same coverage for almost half the price! He and Claire also worked to get me a rebate from the old insurance company! Wow! I felt like putting his picture on my wall next to Harry Truman and Ronald Reagan! In fact, I did! Along with Claire they are a great team, can't recommend them more highly!

        WHEN THEY SAY IT'S THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE THAT COUNTS, THEY MEAN IT! THEY HELP ME WITH MY DUMB QUESTIONS EVERY YEAR FOR OVER 30 YEARS!!
