A couple of years ago I had my 2005 Avalon repaired and refinished and was very happy with the exceptional work. The car looked like new again. This week I brought our new 2015 Avalon in for a fender and bumper repair and refinish. I picked the car up today and again I couldn't be more pleased as the car looked like new again. Mike Phillips, the owner is very professional and does great work!

5 STAR EXPERIENCE! Mike Phillips is the definition of great customer service. He is the most thorough and detailed mechanic/painter that I've ever met. He will ensure that the job is done right THE FIRST TIME as opposed to other places that do it half-assed and you have to keep going back. He literally treats the customer's car like it is his own. Mike Phillips has earned a customer for life in me.

They have done paint and body work on at least 4 of my cars over the past 10 years or so and I've always been satisfied. I recently had someone clip my front bumper on my Ford truck, after getting a few estimates, Mike was the lowest (by 25% (+) from a local Ford dealer) and after meeting the man I knew he was very capable of the work to be done. I got the call that the part was in and 20 minutes later I was over at his shop and he had me out the door in under an hour looking like new again. He could easily of tacked on some additional $$ because of the foglight hanging from the bracket and I would of not known the difference but he didn't and that speaks volumes. I spoke to him regarding some other cosmetic work and I will be back and will recommend him.

I recently had some body restoration work done on my 1946 Ford Coupe and was thoroughly satisfied. Phillips Automotive was professional, honest and open with all aspects of the repairs. Mike found original replacement parts for my 46 and recommended that I stop by to check on the progress. This was not an easy job, but Mike handled it well. It is refreshing to find service providers with his talent, openness and attention to detail. He wanted this old Ford to look great as much as I did, and believe me, it does. Matching paint colors for a car that old can't be easy, but you cannot tell the difference in color at all. He is also experienced in mechanical work and I will be bringing my wife's car in this week for some AC repairs. I trust MIke and had a great experience working with him. I recommend Phillips Automotive to anyone who wants to have a good job done on their car and to deal with a real professional and a good guy. I also recommend him to anyone with a special car or a vintage model, as his workmanship is top rate.

I've taken my 2002 Mazda Protege 5 to Mike twice: battery/alternator issue & radiator/thermostat problem. He is extremely friendly, trustworthy, & honest...all of which are characteristics that most mechanics don't have. Being a stereotypical women, who knows virtually nothing about cars, I know that Mike is going to treat me right; he even takes the time to explain what isn't working, how it should be working, & various ways to go about repairing the problem. He's wonderful!

Mike really took good care of my damaged 2002 GMC 3500 truck. He really worked with me and worked through all the problem crated by the insurance company. It is simply a real personal touch from the beginning until I received my finished truck. He went out of his way to make sure the truck was done right. Only one word I can say is "OUTSTANDING" in his workmanship and customer service.

Mike Phillips and his staff did a great job on the repair of my vehicle after I was involved in a recent auto accident. They were very helpful with dealing with the insurance company to assure that I had very little hassle from the time I dropped my vehicle off to receiving it in great condition.

Mike and Bob Philips have worked on at last 4 of my cars over the past 10 years or so and I have been very satisfied each time.



The most recent experience with Mike Philips was some paint work on my favorite classic Buick Grand National which I am extremely fussy about. Mike did a fantastic job and I really can't tell where the old paint ended and the new paint begins.

Phillips Automotive Paint & Body LLC did excellent body work, but that was just the beginning. They also handle the insurance company issues and kept me from getting stuck in the middle. They have EARNED my future business.

I took my Durango to Phillips Automotive to have the rear bumper replaced after someone crashed in to it. Mike was very friendly and gave me an itemized estimate and explained exactly what he could do. I opted to have the bumper replaced. Mike ordered the bumper and had it painted and ready to go so when I brought my car back in it only took him about 30 minutes to put the new bumper on. Mike saved me time and money!



He was such a pleasure to work with and very friendly. I will be taking my cars to him from now on for all of my routine maintenance as well as any time I need collision work done as well.

Both Bob and Mike Phillips have worked on my automobiles for the last 20 or so years. Most recently I dropped off my 2007 Chrysler 300 for repairs to the rear bumper. Mike had ordered the parts and accompished the complete restoration of my rear bumper and quarter panels in 3 business days. He worked within the insuarance estimate and turned a a beautiful car that no one could tell was ever damaged.



I also have 2 Pontiac Parisienne show cars, a 19684 and a 1964 convertable, which are extremely rare. In 2007 Mike completely restored the entire 84 car to factory show room new, and since it has won many awards at local car shows.

I have used Mike several times over the past 5 or so years from small cosmetic jobs to my unfortunate near totaling accident. Every time he has done a fantastic job on my car and in a timely manner. Another highlight that also made me feel comfortable is that he worked well with my insurance to pay for parts when they initially did not want list a portion of my car that needed repair as a result of the accident but was not on the adjustment. He is a very honest and down to earth man that I have and would highly recommend to anyone that needs their car repaired or painted
