Brittany is a member of the Florida Nurse Practitioners Network, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Brittany has also done volunteer work for the Shepherds Hope clinic. Brittany has over 10 years of medical experience. She is a Florida native but loves to travel. Dr. John Hudson was born in Kentucky. He has lived in Florida for over 60 years. He is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Medical Association.He graduated medical school in 1973 from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He did his Internship program at Jackson Memorial Hospital from 1973 until 1974. He then did his Residency at Hollywood Memorial Hospital from 1974 until 1976.

Prior to working with Dr. Hudson, in 2002 Melissa founded Wellna Health Institute, a physical therapy practice with a similar treatment philosophy focusing on outpatient orthopaedic, pain and sports medicine.

Melissa began her physical therapy career in 1993, when she worked at Florida Hospital. She spent almost ten years at Florida Hospital, serving as staff physical therapist, supervisor and ultimately Team Leader at various Florida Hospital outpatient rehabilitation centers. She treated and oversaw the treatment of patients. Melissa also organized and oversaw Florida Hospital's Chronic Pain Program, which treated chronic pain patients through a multi-disciplinary approach including physical therapists, pain doctors, nurses and psychologists.
