Pediatric Partners

I think its pretty pathetic when you take your 9 yo son here and he has to have blood drawn for testing for cat scratch fever and the nurse Shayna says to my special needs son that if he does not hold still and let her take his blood he will have to go to the lab and they will HURT him because they only are used to doing adults and the needle is bigger. I explained to her that they have NEVER been able to draw blood from my sons arm and the hand at the wrist area was the best place.. She refused and of course stuck him in the arm and sat their jabbing the needle all around causing him to scream in pain and could NOT get the blood.. His arm was turning purple from having the elastic band on their for over 10 minutes. Then after repeatedly threatening him with the lab hurting him .. She tells him after she could not get blood he had to go to the lab to have it done.. What kind of nurse does that to an innocent child? I talked to Kelly the Director and she is not only condoning this nurses behavior.. She said if I file a complaint on this nurse with the Florida Board of Nursing then my son can find another Doctor elsewhere.. Is that not blackmale of sorts? So if someone has a complaint about one of their nurses they just toss your kid out the door that has been going there for 4 years... Tell me how Ethical is this? If you want to delete my comment . Sorry if you can't handle the truth. I will file the complaint and you will NOT bully me with your threats.. If you do toss my kid from your clinic you will hear from my lawyer.. No one is going to bully my son and scare him for no reason like that.. They will block you on facebook if you do not leave a 100 percent positive rating.. Not only this but they also did away with the writing a reveiw on there because people are honest about how your child is treated there.
