To be honest I don't even want to give this place one star. I was looking for a gift for my husband and I went in and was treated like poop, they were far from helpful and very very rude, sticker shock was an understatement, I left and went to shop around the couner was treat like a human and got the trimmer way cheaper, how there doors are still open is crazy to me.....

Sticker shock on basic push-mower tune-up. Made the mistake of not requesting an estimate.at dropoff. $90 for a basic oil change and tune up--about double what I expected.

After reading the review, I was worried about leaving my mower but since I bought it there, I didn't really have a choice. I dropped it off, and was told they were behind and it would be 3 days. On the 2nd day, I receieved a call letting me know what was wrong and to let them know. I called and told them to go ahead. I picked it up 2 days later. Under a week, which is what I expected. And the labor cost was fair. $55 for replacing part of the transmission, wheel gear, broken hub, and they even sharpened the blade. I thought they were very good and my worry was wasted.

This place is a JOKE. I droped my 36 Gravley off 6 weeks ago and im still being told the parts are not there. I have had to call them everytime, Not one call from them to update me on the status om my mower They have no idea when the parts will be in!! I dont know how they stay open with such horrible service.

The BEST place to go to have your chainsaw chains sharpened. Super fast and friendly service. I took my chains in expecting to leave them for a week, they sharpen while you wait. I also had a problem with my chainsaw pull cord. They didn't sell the brand I had but were able to look at it, fix it, also same day. I was only there about 15 minutes and they took care of everything for me. It was so amazing. I will certainly be back and refer everyone I know to them. They are fantastic!!
