        Overall

        The men worked very fast. Stains on the carpet showed up again slowly from 14-30 days after they cleaned and deodorized. Since it had been more than 10 days they would not come back out unless they charged me full price. The grout doesn't look any better than it did and I cannot tell if they sealed it. Very unhappy with this service.
