Novant Health Primecare

This facility is very disorganized and mismanaged. I arrived at 10:20 am for a simple pre employment drug screen. With 8 other people in the waiting room I figured 15 to 20 minutes. An hour and s half later I'm still waiting. I overheard another person in the waiting room say she's been waiting two hours. This is ridiculous for an occupational medicine visit. Clipboards laying on the counter three nurses at the desk and several more in the back from my vantage point. I will reccomend to my employer that they switch to a better run medical facility for their occupational needs. This is ludicrous.
