Bad service , they don’t even welcome u or make u feel welcomed . I went yesterday and got acrylic nails and I fell if today and I call and complain and they are rude and say go and we’ll talk about it . I kept asking if they’ll charge me for fixing one nail I had just got done the day before and they ignore me . And then while the worker is doing my nails she puts her feet down and kicks me without saying excuse me . So rude not going here again . Every time I go here something goes wrong .

This is the only place I go to and have been going for the past year, today went to get my nails and eyebrows done the lady was in a rush and was talking to another young lady the entire time.. the only time she took the time to talk to me was when it was time to pay.... Im not the person to complain and try to get out of paying, but I will not go there again

horrible pedicure

I had a lady with glasses and she was horrible painted my toes like a 2 year old...my pedicure lasted 12 minutes and I sat here with a friend whos lasted over 30 minutes ...horrible service will never come back

My friend went to go get her nails done at the Luxury Nails & Hair location on Hanes Mill Road. The nail tech did a subpar job on her nails and she was very unhappy about the outcome. Due to her being unsatisfied with her nail, the tech stated that she would not have to pay for her nails. The nail tech also picked up her belonging in the process of moving her to another location, dropped, and broke her phone...$100 in damage for a very cracked screen. She eventually was able to speak to the manager who was nice at first, but then became very rude and disrespectful. They ended up giving her $65 for the deductible for her screen but continued to say that due to the fact that she did not pay the $35 for her nails (even though the nail tech gave her a verbal agreement that she did not have to pay for the service), they would not give her the full $100!! They even had the audacity to be even more disrespectful and rude towards her. Unacceptable behavior from a business!! I encourage everyone to not be a patron of this establishment!

I had a awful experience, had a pedicure and a young man put a clear jelly on my foot, in just a few moment it completely blister and burnt my foot, they didn't even care 1 week later I'm still in pain , be very aware
