Kitchen Vision

We leveraged Kitchen Vision and Jim Caudle for our end-to-end kitchen remodel. Jim worked closely with us on the design, as well as providing the cabinets and appliances, and playing the managerial role. Jim's experience, and his ability to listen, understand our needs/wants and comfortably prompt options was key to our ending-up with the perfect kitchen for us. The Shiloh Cabinets are very nice both functionally and visually. With Jim's lead, the contracting work was high quality, orderly and right on schedule. Overall, the team delivered the flexibility, high attention-to-detail and ultimately, a great kitchen and experience. After 2 other companies told us it couldn't be done, Kitchen Vision not only said it could, but designed the changes for us to see. We hired them to do our remodel, and they were great to work with. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Late delivery, damaged cabinets, hardwood floor damage.....the list goes on and on.
