I spent 12 years as an investigator in the Forsyth County Public Defender’s Office before going into private practice in March of 2015. I’ve been on the front lines in multiple capital murder cases, numerous non-capital murders, countless high-level felony cases, and more misdemeanor charges than I dare to remember. In private practice I’ve continued to work on criminal cases with privately retained counsel, but expanded my practice to include civil and domestic, post-conviction relief, personal injury, fraud and embezzlement, missing persons, process service, residential surveillance and investigative consulting. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES · Criminal Defense Investigations - Establishing evidence to support defense alibis, locating and interviewing witnesses, securing experts to testify at trial, reconstructing crime scenes, etc. · Personal Injury Investigations - It's not ambulance chasing, if someone has been robbed of their independence, and someone is clearly at fault. When you need concrete evidence, witnesses interviewed, or something more, contact me. · Process Service - Sometimes local law enforcement can't get that paperwork served. It may cost a bit more, but I guarantee same-day service of divorce complaints, TPRs, notices of deposition and subpoenas. · Crime/Injury/Death Scene Investigations - Review of law enforcement/medicolegal investigations, automobile injuries/fatalities, and other crime, injury, and death scenes. · Missing Persons - I've had to search for a loved one before. It's not easy without the right tools. Google can't do everything. Let me find that someone you've been worried about, or that someone that requires the Court's attention. · Surveillance - If you're fairly certain that something's going on, you're probably right.
