Jennifer Elizabeth Flaherty, OD

I have been wearing glasses and contact lenses for 30+ years. Dr Flaherty is the most thorough eye examiner I have ever had -- including those exams with opthomologists! She is personable and takes the time to explain what she is doing, why, and makes sure her patients understand all that she is doing/saying. The office staff is professional and courteous and do all that they can to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

Would recommend without hesitation or reservation.

She was more thorough than MD's! 3 members of my family have seen her for regular check up's and prescriptions, and one for eye infection. She is patient and took the time to explain how contacts work (I was new to corrective needs) vs. glasses, etc. She also discussed macular degeneration so I would know what to expect, what was normal, etc. Staff was great! They do have a nice selection of glasses and they were more than happy to help...

Very impatient when answering questions about prescription. Represents all the bad qualities in the health care profession.
