Overall
Chicken Feather in our Fried Pickles.

My husband, our three teenage boys, and I went to this restaurant on a week night. It will not be a place that we visit again.

We sat at a table with bar stools which is fine if the table is not down at your waist and within an inch of being on your lap. If you are a heavy set person and balance is not one of your talents, don't go because you will be uncomfortable.

They have a non smoking section however it was being used for a party of 10 people, so if you do not want to sit near smokers make sure a party is not taking place in the non smoking section.

We ordered Fried Pickles and to our surprise after eating a few we found a small chicken feather in our fried pickles. Now I really don't believe that even if their Chicken wings are fresh that you should ever be served a plate with even one feather but to get order FRIED PICKLES and get a feather, well there is no excuse for that at all! The waitress came to the table and acted like, "where did that come from?" As if we put the feather in there. She went to the kitchen, came back and said the manager said that our chicken wings are fresh so sometimes there is a feather floating around. We can give you another order. The manager never came out and apologized or anything.

We order our food, food comes, we ask for silverware (you can't eat potato salad from a cup with your fingers, ketchup and mayo. You would think that since our food was just delivered and we need basic things to eat with etc that she would have come back. She went over to a table and chatted with 2 guys and the manager, then she stopped by another table to participate in the game, "are you smarter than a hooter girl," to answer a question. Finally she gets to our table. She should have gone, gotten our stuff and then socialized/played games.

I ordered a Gourmet hot dog, they charge you .49 to add raw onions and .49 to add chili. So I have paid 5.49 for a hot dog in a bun that I have to put ketchup and mustard on at the table myself?? The word GOURMET needs to be removed from the menu because there is nothing "Gourmet" about a plain hot dog bun with plan hot dog on it.

Two steak and cheese subs $15.98 nothing but steak, cheese, onions on the bun, french fries are not included. You were given one slice of tomato on the side on top of a little shredded lettuce, very small cup of potato salad that must have come out of one of those pre-made buckets. 2 Iced teas - $4.78, 2 pepsi -$4.78, 1 root beer-$2.39, 30 boneless wings, which were not anything I would rave about, and 4 orders of curly fries -$11.16.

Family of 5 total meal $77.43, we could have spent $10.00 -$15 more and eaten at Texas Roadhouse, been satisfied and as my 3 TEENAGERS said, could have gotten a much better view of much hotter checks. Now when you go to a place that is boasted about as much as Hooters is and 3 Red Blooded American Teenagers say that was a waste of time and money, you know that you are not just being the "mommy" in the family. We could have gone to a fast food restaurant gotten better food, better service, better seating, cleaner facility and saved $42.00. We will never go back, we will never recommend this place to anyone.
