Gray Chiropractic & Sports Associates PA

Gray Chiropractic hired an independent auditor to look at bills and charges. My husband and I received bills from services rendered in 2013. Until this time we thought our accounts were settled. We were not aware of any of this until we received letters stating that we may be sent to collections. When we called to resolve the bills we could not reach anyone at the front desk or billing until days later. We paid my husbands bill and thought the ordeal was over, only to get another bill for me a few days later. When asked about the issue of possibly being sent to collections,we were told that the "letters were not supposed to go out yet". The way this was handled was very unprofessional.



His practice manager Maria is EXTREMELY rude. You can rarely get anyone on the phone. She does not return messages.
