Gold's Gym

I'm a student at Wake Forest University. I joined because Golds Gym is the closest gym to campus and because I got tired of the crowds at the schools gym. Wow am I ever glad that I made that decision. The group exercise classes are better than at school and I don't have to wait long - if at all - to get to the machines that I want to use.

Best place to workout in Winston Salem, NC! I love working out at Golds Gym and working with the personal trainers there. They offer cool amenities like free coffee and yoga classes.

Best of the best - I love this gym. The members and employees are really nice and they make you feel welcome. I've made some great friends and lost weight. I totally recommend this place!

Best place for personal training and weight loss in Winston Salem. I've been able to lose weight and keep it off by working out at Golds Gym. I owe much of my success to the wonderful staff and excellent programs that they offer. I'd recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to train in the area.

Excellent Gym! I dropped in for 2 classes with Jenn when I was in town for a conference and was stoked to find a motivated group of members who pushed me hard. Jenn had a keen understanding of each member's skill level and was able to keep everyone competitive with appropriate modifications. The facility was spacious with plenty of equipment. Thanks again for the great opportunity to train at your facility!

Best gym in Winston Salem, NC! I love Golds Gym. The staff is really nice and helpful. The aerobics classes are the best I've ever taken - mainly due the how good and motivating the instructors are. The equipment is well maintained and the place is really clean. I have kids and therefore take advantage of the free child care area. The people that work in the child care room are great with my kids and they always have lots to do while in there. Basically, I love the place!

Best of the Winston Salem gyms! I've been a member for more than 10 years and love working out here. Golds Gym is really clean, the staff is wonderful (they know your name and say "hello" and "goodbye", etc.) and the aerobics classes rock.

grad student at wake....the gym there was too small for me. i had some buddies who told me about gold's on reynolda. i signed up and wouldnt go anywhere else..its got alot of space, machines, no meatheads, cool people, clean. great spot for anyone who is tryin to get a good workout in without waiting in line for a bench,....also, i had a trial week or whatever they call it at peak on robinhood. the staff was over the top cocky, money hungry and not helpful in the least bit. there were dudes walkin around in tank tops flexin in the mirrors (half of them being the trainers).....smelled like a dirty sock too. yeah, its a big place but not worth a dime.
