Arnolds Landscaping

I would not recommend this company. We scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance. On the day of the appointment I called Mr. Arnold to see if we could push the meeting back 15 min. He returned my call and left me a voice mail asking if we could do a different day all together, but said if not, it was okay and that he would stick with our original appoinment. I proceeded to call him back and let him know that we could not reschedule and that we needed to keep the same appointment day. I also advised him to call me if something changes and he cannot make it. He never returned my last message, nor did he show up for the appointment. No call, no show = no business. Sucks for him because we have about a $10k-$15k job. I guess it is something he cant handle.
