Rose Creek Kennels

We always leave our babies 🐕🐕 with RCK when we leave town. Our babies get very excited when we take them there, jump right in the kennel. We have never had a bad experience here. When we went to pick up our babies this time, I was very impressed at the safety precautions taken as there was a poodle 🐩 being groomed ( poodle seemed very comfortable with groomer) at that time. Thank you RCK for taking care of our babies while we were away.

Leave my Rottweiler there all the time when I travel. Great people, great facility. Couldn't be happier.

Took my dog in for grooming Thursday. Noticed my dog was licking their paw a lot during the last few days. Called Rose Creek Kennels on Monday and told them about a cut, resulting in infection. RCK admitted to the mistake, but only after I brought it up. RCK was extremely rude and aggressive during the entire phone call, making it clear they didn't want to deal with me. They refused a refund unless they get to determine whether the cut is bad enough for a vet visit. RCK is not a vet. When I told them I wouldn't take my dog back, but wanted a refund, they hung up on me. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Not sure what happen to the dog, but mine loves it there. We just got her a bed for when she is kenneled but before we brought a bed they provide bedding so she is comfortable.

Before leaving your pet here, check things out. Ask to see where your pet will actually be kept and how they will ensure the safety of your pet. Will your dogs kennel be cleaned by spraying it with a hose while your pet is still in said kennel?

Ask what their policy is when transfering your pet from one area to another. Will your pet be safe potential harm from other pets?

Our experince at this kennel was not a positive one and I would not recommend this kennel to anyone who truly cares about their pet.
