At first glance, it may seem to be nothing more than a ramshackle wooden bar located in the middle of nowhere. However, once you enter you will be greeted with a warm, family atmosphere, and the smells of some of the best food in Wisconsin. The salad bar is the best one I have seen in my 20 years as a food critic, and the waiters and waitresses are the friendliest I have seen in years. Once I ordered, the food came quickly and it was exceptionally well cooked. The level of quality was on par with other 5 star restaurants that are located in much larger cities, such as Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, Milwaukee, and other cities. And while it may be in the middle of nowhere, it is clearly worth the drive.

Don't Waste Your Time

This was one of the worst dining experiences my husband and I ever had. The food served at a Sunday buffet consisted of leftovers from Thanksgiving and the price charged for the buffet was quite high.
