Went to these guys about a year ago. I paid my co-pay after my visit. About a week ago I got mail letting me know that I owed them twenty dollars from my one and only appointment (my co-pay). While I was there, they were rude, slow, and the woman giving me the eye test decided she was hungry, and stopped in the middle to eat a banana, and then just didn't do one test. So I had to go through all of them again. When I called their office to tell them that I'd gotten a letter that I owed them twenty dollars and they might take legal action against me (which I already paid). She told me it was a computer error, and she didn't want me to come in and pay it again, and to call back on Monday and go through it with someone else, because she didn't like dealing with the money aspect. It was the same lady who needed a snack while I was going through tests. I got my glasses and everything, but I'm still dealing with them a year later and their constant "computer glitches".
