San Antonio Pediatric Associates PA

I was very disappointed by the Walzem Road office of this association. We arrived 20 minutes early for our 9 am appointment. It took the office staff 10 minutes to acknowledge our presence, and there were not other customers standing at the counter. We waited for our appointment until 10 minutes after 10 AM. I then inquired about how much longer it was going to be and was informed there were still 5 people ahead of us and that we could be waiting another hour or more. As my toddler was by that time cranky, tired, and hungry (no food allowed in the waiting room, no toys or places for young children to play, also very crowded) we left without seeing the doctor. The staff seemed completely unconcerned by the long wait or by the fact that we were leaving without receiving medical care. This was our first visit and will certainly be our last. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
