Twice Is Nice

I agree that this place is not as organized as they should be, I also brought in approximately over 200 items. I checked in with them a few months after to see my balance. At time of drop off I told them I wanted the unsold items back. they never explained that I needed to come back on that 60th day. I had several nice boys items and 3 Vera Bradley items. My balance was way lower that the profit from one of those bags. I'm disgusted and was told "you are more than welcome to go look around and pull out anything on the floor that is still yours". They couldnt tell me what had sold or what happened to my remaining items. I'm never consigning there again!!!

Great place to make a little extra money. Clean store with friendly staff. My items were priced accordingly and I would recommend this place as it is more high end than the other stores.

I would not recommend using this shop as a consignor. I left quite a few nice quality items in October they went thru them when I dropped them off and gave me back what they did not think they could sell. I checked back about once a month, nothing had sold and I never actually saw any of my items on the sales floor. When I checked in January they told me several items had just been put out and to check in a few weeks. Well, I checked today, I had no balance, no items, they had all been donated in mid January since I had missed my "pickup date" Why when I checked in close to that date did they not tell me it was coming up? I was there in person when they checked their system.She gave me something vague about working off the consignment fee, another snarky comment that I had a damaged item. I asked why I was never called and she said, "we have over 700 consignors, we dont make calls." Pretty poor customer/consignor relations

The store has a nice layout; however, the clothes aren't done by sizes but by color, which can be quite frustrating. Some of the purses they sell are a little over-priced considering that they are fake replicas...

This Consignment Shop is not only the clean, it smells good, looks good, and the employees are so nice. Great experience!

I love this consignment shop! It always has such nice clothing. I have bought lots of nice things from clothing, to shoes and a purse. I go back often to check out all the new things they have gotten in.

A great consignment shop - has not only children's stuff but household, women's clothing, DVDs, books and more. Every time I am in Winchester I am sure to check it out and it never fails, I always find a must have!
