This place is horrible I would not recommend it to anyone. I bought my class ring from this place and after having it for awhile I took it there for them to clean it, the associate just made it worse. She said they would fix it and then gave me a promise date of one month away. I went to pick it up three days after the promise date and they did not have it. Several days later they called and said it was ready for pick up. It was still messed up. They again gave me another promise date of one month away for when they would have it fixed AGAIN. I went in there 10 days after the promise date, not only did they NOT have it ready for me, they informed me that they do not know where they sent it to get it fixed. They said they would call me and tell me that night when they would have it. I still have not heard anything. So I have not had my 400 dollar ring for almost 4 months now and none of the associates will do anything about it!!

I went in to buy my husband a wedding ring. Even though I was having a tough time deciding between two rings, there was no pressure to by the more expensive of the two. I bought the least expensive one and came back the next day to exchange it for the other. Told you it was a tough decision! The service was excellent. The rings were on sale but because I knew about a bigger sale a couple of weeks away they even took another 10% off, I will be back.

I went in to buy a ring and the service was excellent. I ended up going back to buy a diamond necklace! The salespeople were very friendly and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for.
